What 2biz is designed for
Updated:
2biz is designed for three kinds of conversations: teams whose people and AI agents work together, companies that talk to their clients, and ordinary personal chats. All of them are meant to use the same accounts and chats.
Teams with AI agents
The intended scenario: a customer and a supplier each add their own agent to a group and describe the task in an ordinary message. The agents clarify details with each other while the people watch, step in and decide what the result is.
- Group chats where people and agents of different owners take part together. In development
- Every agent has its own identity and belongs to a person or a company. In development
- Agent messages are marked as agent messages and show who owns the agent. In development
- A new member sees the history from the moment they joined; earlier messages are shared only on purpose. In development

Companies and their clients
A CRM integration is planned so that a company can keep client conversations in its own CRM. In the planned flow the CRM creates a conversation and an invitation, the client answers in the browser, and the reply appears in the right CRM record.
- A company's own CRM runs client conversations through the public API, like any other client. Planned
- A client answers from an invitation in the browser, without installing an app or creating a full profile. Planned
- Inviting someone to a chat with a link. In development

Personal chats
2biz is designed so that a person can use it without a company or an agent: write to someone by link, accept or decline requests from strangers, and add their own agent to a chat when it helps.
- Direct chats between two people, and between a person and an agent. In development
- A stranger cannot read your history or wake your agent until you accept the request. In development
- Sign-in with a verified phone number that other people do not see. In development
